Get students onto the platform
In short
Access is invitation-based throughout, but you don't have to invite hundreds of students one by one.
Three routes
- Email invitations: sent from the members panel by a college admin, role attached. The student accepts via the join link.
- CSV bulk import: the import dialog on the institution dashboard takes a CSV (a template is provided), validates it row by row in a preview, and creates accounts only when you confirm.
- Class rosters: a student listed on a class roster claims their seat from the class link. There is no open joining, so a student who is not on the roster cannot join the class.
If an invitation goes astray, it can be resent to the same address from the join page.
