Cookie policy

Effective June 26, 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use them, along with similar technologies like local storage, to keep the platform working, remember your choices, and (only if you opt in) understand how the product is used. This policy explains what we set and how you stay in control.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to keep the platform secure, to remember your preferences, and, if you opt in, to analyse usage so we can improve the product.

You can update your preferences at any time by clicking in the footer of any page. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the platform to work and cannot be disabled.

For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the platform can't function without them. We set functional and analytics cookies only after you opt in, in line with India's data-protection framework, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

You stay in control:

  • Change your choices any time with the button in the footer.
  • Your choice is recorded and applies across the site until you change it.
  • Your browser also lets you block or clear cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the platform from working.

Third-party access

Some cookies are set by the enterprise partners (subprocessors) that provide these technologies. PostHog receives signed-in product usage as first-party analytics to run and improve the service, and sets non-essential analytics cookies only when Analytics is enabled; Cloudflare provides bot protection (strictly necessary) and receives data immediately; Sentry captures errors when Analytics is enabled.

See the complete list, with each vendor's purpose and data region, on our Subprocessors page.
