In short

Resets use a short code sent to your email.

Reset it

  1. 01On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
  2. 02Enter your account email. If an account exists for it, a 6-digit code is sent there.
  3. 03Enter the code. Codes expire and allow a limited number of tries. If yours stopped working, request a new one.
  4. 04Choose a new password. You'll get an email confirming the password changed.

The code didn't arrive

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Wait for the resend timer on the code screen, then choose Send a new code.
  • Make sure you entered the address your account was created with, the invited address.
