Choose More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows that box for installers it has not seen often yet. Only run an installer you downloaded from this page.

Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, scroll down and choose Open Anyway next to Assessly. You only do this once.

On your phone, join the tester group with the same Google account you use for Play, open the beta page and tap Become a tester, then install Assessly from Google Play. Keep it installed for at least 14 days.
