Streaks, XP and weekly leagues
In short
Practice lives on your dashboard, separate from graded assessments. Nothing you do there affects an assessment grade.
The mechanics
- XP: passing a practice problem for the first time earns XP.
- Streaks: one solved problem per day keeps your streak alive.
- Leagues: a new round every week across six tiers named for chess pieces: Pawn, Knight, Bishop, Rook, Queen, and King. Each week you're ranked with peers in your tier; when the week resets, top finishers move up, bottom finishers move down, and the leaderboard shows both zones for your group.
