Your interview wasn't scored
In short
Two different things can leave an interview without a score, and only one of them needs a redo.
Which one happened?
- The session was too short: very short sessions aren't scored. Complete a few exchanges before ending, or the debrief will say there wasn't enough to evaluate.
- The evaluation failed: your conversation is kept, and you can retry the scoring without redoing the interview.
- Either way, past interviews and their scores stay in your history.
