About Assessly
Assessly builds Blumvo, where students learn by doing and colleges teach, test and place them. We also research what helps students learn, and publish what we find.
About the team
Customer success looks after each college that uses Blumvo. A college adds a whole batch of students at once, and a test or a drive cannot fail on the day.
About the role
We need someone who sets each college up well, and is there when it matters.
What you will do
- Set up each college: its classes, students, faculty and first drive.
- Train faculty and placement staff.
- Be the person a college calls, and follow each question to its answer.
- Visit placement cells and faculty.
- Tell engineering what colleges keep asking for.
Your first months
- Learn Blumvo as a student, a faculty member and a placement officer.
- Set up a college with us, from its first class to its first drive.
- Run the next college’s setup and training yourself.
You may be a good fit if you
- Have worked with colleges, schools or customers
- Stay calm when several things go wrong at once
- Explain software patiently, in person and on the phone
- Keep track of every promise you make
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience in a placement cell or a training team
- Kannada
- Experience running online tests

Logistics
Where you work: In Karnataka, with travel to colleges.
Education: No degree needed. Your work and your answers count for more than where you studied.
Type: Full-time. When no role is open for your kind of work, we sometimes work with people on a contract.
