Assessly builds Blumvo, where students learn by doing and colleges teach, test and place them. We also research what helps students learn, and publish what we find.
About the team
Content writes what students learn from in Blumvo Academy: courses in aptitude, DSA, software development and core engineering, and a new practice problem every day.
About the role
Every problem needs a clear question, wrong options that tempt, and an answer key that is right. You will own your subject, from the first outline to the published course.
What you will do
- Write courses and lessons in your subject.
- Write practice problems, with answer keys you have checked yourself.
- Write explanations a student can follow without a teacher beside them.
- Read where students got stuck, and rewrite those parts.
- Talk with faculty about what their students need next.
- Check answer keys against working code or a worked solution.
Your first months
- Learn how a course is built and published in Blumvo.
- Check one course: every question, every option, every key.
- Write a new unit in your subject, and see how students do on it.
You may be a good fit if you
- Know one subject deeply: aptitude, DSA, programming or core engineering
- Explain hard ideas in plain words
- Check your own work line by line
- Write a lot, and keep the last page as good as the first
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience teaching or mentoring students
- Strong writing in Kannada or Hindi
- Enough code to check programming answers

Logistics
Where you work: Remote, from anywhere in India.
Education: No degree needed. Your work and your answers count for more than where you studied.
Type: Full-time. When no role is open for your kind of work, we sometimes work with people on a contract.
